You've ordered an item and would now like to return it - no problem! Here at Nival, we work to ensure the best possible customer experience, that's why our returns procedures are quick and easy!
NIVAL RETURN POLICY
Nival offers the possibility of an exchange only in the case of a size change. If a refund is requested, returns must be reimbursed by the original method of payment.
Items must be unwashed and unworn (no distinct odors, stains, signs of wear, etc.) Items received in poor condition will be returned.
The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, transit days are not included.
Returns are at the customer's expense. We pay the shipping costs.
Before any refunds are made, all items are carefully inspected.
The item cannot be returned if the label has been cut or torn off.
If a gift card is used to pay for the order, the refund will be made first to the same gift card.
Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to us (other than a Nival item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Nival. We will always do everything we can to help you, but unfortunately we cannot promise that this will be successful.
RETURN POLICY FOR OUR EPHEMERAL COLLECTIONS AND CHARITY EVENTS
All items purchased during a Nival event (ephemeral collections or charity events) cannot be refunded. A credit on the Nival online boutique will be issued in exchange for all returned items.
